Da ‘Tara Causes Huge Upsets In Belmont Stakes

The newest star horse on the news is Da ‘Tara which has won the Belmont Stakes on Tuesday. News reported that Da ‘Tara won over eight other horses in the race and it was a close fight ! However, what caused the major upset was that Da ‘Tara took on another reigning champion horse who is expected to win and unexpected ran much faster then it. Da ‘Tara suddenly took the news by storm ! In fact, Da ‘Tara was leading all the way with the reigning champion behind him all the time.

It was an understatement to say that everyone was surprised to say the least at the results. However, become of the win that Da ‘Tara has gotten, the reigning champion horse Big Brown was put down. The jockey for Big Brown said that when he needed Big Brown to perform at a crucial turn in the race, the horse just simply did not respond at all. The jockey knew something was wrong.

While the thousands of fans and the horde of media attention was on Big Brown the reigning champion, it was Da ‘Tara who pressed on and took the victory crown, tired but triumphant !

What has this lesson taught us ? Well, Da ‘Tara has taught us that sometimes, with hard work, you will succeed ! It does not matter who the reigning champion is, because a race is all about competing with yourself.
